The Healthiest, Easiest Snack Recipe!

 I LOVE BREAD! But I also love being healthy! And this quick snack is not only healthy but also DELICIOUS! I sometimes even have it for breakfast!

Ingredients:

One slice of Sesame Ezekiel Bread

One small ripe avocado

5-10 cherry tomatoes

5-10 small mozzarella balls

Balsamic vinegar

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to:

Toast your slice of Ezekiel bread then mash and spread your avocado over your slice like butter. After that place your tomatoes and mozzarella balls on your toast so that they stick on the avocado spread. Then drizzle your balsamic over the entire thing. Sprinkle salt and pepper and voila!
